"notes": "Patch source: UNK.AUD->CASS->???->DAT->WAV->FLAC - Sound D\nNotes:\n\n- Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual - DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by jashley@deadacated.com. \n- Completed on December 12, 2004. http://www.deadacated.com/BerthaRemasters.htm\n- Source used 26933 via Tol, by Chris Ladner.\n- Light Digital Noise Reduction was found with Spectral Analysis prior to Bertha Remastering. \n- The same DNR was found on source 12657, which is the source Chris used for 26933. \n- It is not known who applied the noise reduction, but they did a decent job, producing no audible artifacts. \n- The noise reduction had only minor effects on the remastering process.\n- Spectral Analysis also shows three different fingerprints for the soundboard portion. \n- This would tend to indicate that the soundboard portion did not all come from the same source.\n- The AUD patches are pretty rough. I considered removing them, but decided to leave them in. \n- As the AuD portions transition back into the board, one gets a pretty good feel for the quality of this 72 board.\n- The soundboard mix is all over the place at the start. \n- No vocals on d1t02 until 5:47. It takes a couple tracks to settle in.\n- Strangely, the channels were swapped towards the beginning of The Other One and I swapped them back.\n- There are lots of small digiblips throughout. These were, most likely, caused during the transfer.\n- I removed Between 40 and 50 of them by editing individual samples.\n- In addition, a few fade - out/ins were added to clean up transitions.\n- There is some very sweet sounding early 72 bass in this one.\n- Enjoy!",

"notes": "Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by jashley@deadacated.com. Completed on December 12, 2004. http://www.deadacated.com/BerthaRemasters.htm\n\nSource used 26933 via Tol, by Chris Ladner.\n\nLight Digital Noise Reduction was found with Spectral Analysis prior to Bertha Remastering. The same DNR was found on source 12657, which is the source Chris used for 26933. It is not known who applied the noise reduction, but they did a decent job, producing no audible artifacts. The noise reduction had only minor effects on the remastering process. Spectral Analysis also shows three different fingerprints for the soundboard portion. This would tend to indicate that the soundboard portion did not all come from the same source. \n\nThe AUD patches are pretty rough. I considered removing them, but decided to leave them in. As the AuD portions transition back into the board, one gets a pretty good feel for the quality of this 72 board. \n\nThe soundboard mix is all over the place at the start. No vocals on d1t02 until 5:47. It takes a couple tracks to settle in. Strangely, the channels were swapped towards the beginning of The Other One and I swapped them back.\n\nThere are lots of small digiblips throughout. These were, most likely, caused during the transfer. I removed Between 40 and 50 of them by editing individual samples. In addition, a few fade-out/ins were added to clean up transitions.\n\nThere is some very sweet sounding early 72 bass in this one.\nEnjoy!",

"notes": "-- 2025 Work --\n\n--converted the orignial flac files to wav using Trader's Little Helper. Retracked and fixed and couple of little cuts in\nbetween tracks as well as some volume adjustment. Also patched in a small section at the beginning of '02 Loser' from the\nMoore / Berger AUD Source and patched the cut in '23 The Other One' with the newly circulated Petrunis AUD source. All\npatches required crossfades and volume adjustment. I left all of Charlie Miller's Original patches alone because they are\njust exactly perfect. I loved revisiting this show and am so happy we have such a good sparkling SBD that is now essentially\ncut free - we are indeed lucky.\nAll sound editing work was done using Roxio Sound Editor (2009).\nConverted edited wav files back to flac16 via Flac Frontend.\nAll post work done by Brian Flegel",
